The assessment result will be the basis for guiding the path forward. At the heart of this process is the Performance Report Card, which serves as the cornerstone and driving force for continuous organizational improvement.
Initial Performance Assessment & Report Card
Our initial performance assessment focuses on five key areas within the framework for evidence-based organizational (EBO) development:
- Knowledge and Utilization of Evidence-Based Policies, Programs, and Practices
- Exemplary Organizational Leadership
- Understanding and Assessing Organizational Culture
- Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, and Program Evaluation
- Enhancing Organizational Capacity and Sustainability

Pre-Requisite: Organizational leaders are required to complete the Evidence-Based Organizational Leadership Masterclass. This masterclass is available through three convenient channels:
- Self-Paced Online Program (coached by our expert faculty)
- Live Public Program (scheduled sessions)
- Live Private Program (available upon request)
Participants in the leadership program may also pursue optional professional Certification in Evidence-Based Leadership (CEBL).
Renewal and Recertification Requirements
- Renewal Frequency: Every 2 years.
- Performance Report Card: Generate a new performance report card.
- Progress Summary: Summarize the progress the organization has made since the previous report card.
- Feedback Summary: Provide a summary of how the recommendations from the previous report have been incorporated.
