The Certified Evidence-Based Associate (CEBA) program is a structured curriculum of training and self-study credentialing procedure established to prepare individuals for a career in human, social and justice services. It also aids in the recruitment and retention of skilled and talented staff members who become part of a nationwide network of professionals devoted to improving their effectiveness and enhancing the performance of their agencies and organizations.
 
With this purchase, you are applying to become a Certified Evidence-Based Associate (CEBA). CONGRATULATIONS! You will gain access to the required online training and live resources and supports included. Certification is granted after requirements shown below have been met. Candidates will have 90-days to complete the requirements. Required Steps

  1. Initial Application & Assessment – Complete an initial application and a pre-certification assessment
  2. Earn 13 Continuing Education Training Hours – earned by participating in our online self-paced certification masterclass. Successfuly complete course exercises, quizzes and the post course exam.
  3. Earn 5 hours – through combined hours of required reading and online eLearning training on Evidence-based content.
  4. Earn 2 Hours – by completing the in-person Post Course kive debrief session conducted onsite or virtual. Dates will be scheduled.

Candidates who complete the requirements are recognized as having earned their Certified Evidence-Based Associate Certification (CEBA) and are recognized online at the EBP Society website on our community of evidence-based professionals (ebpsociety.org) platform.

There are no pre-requisites. Participants are encouraged to review the following resources; Brief Article - "What it means to be an Evidence-Based Professional" by Mark M Lowis. Initial Application & Assessment - Complete an initial application and a pre-certification assessment 13 Continuing Education Training Hours - earned by participating in our online self-paced certification masterclass. Successfuly complete course exercises, quizzes and the post course exam. 5 hours earned - through combined hours of required reading and online eLearning training on Evidence-based content. 2 Hours earned - by participating in a live required Facilitated Review/Exam. Complete the in-personPost Course Debrief conducted live - onsite or online remote. Dates will be scheduled.
