What you’ll gain

Leave with a plan, not a pile of notes.

Two parts, built so you walk away with something you can put in front of your leadership team this week.

A system, not a wish list

Understand what a frontline training system consists of, then build one for your agency and sequence it into an action plan.

Leadership that sustains it

What leaders must fund, protect and ask about — supporting staff and holding up the evidence-based pillars.

A strategic plan

Fold both parts into one plan for the year ahead — with what to measure so it holds up to a funder.

Your credential map

Where CEBA, CEBP, CEBL and CEBO fit the roles you already have — and what each one proves.

Tools you can use

A downloadable planning guide with templates and implementation tips — yours to keep.

Peer insights

Connect with leaders across sectors who are building sustainable, evidence-based systems.

The system

Three layers, one system.

Session-A builds the layers. Session-B builds the leadership base that keeps them standing.

3Internal trainersTrain new and existing employees without buying the course again.Owns delivery
2Supervisors who coachReinforce the skill on real caseloads, after the training ends.Owns reinforcement
1Frontline staffKnowledgeable, confident practice with clients.Owns practice
0Leadership & the evidence-based pillars
Funds it, protects it, asks about it — the base every layer above stands on.
Holds it up
Measured throughout

Each layer reinforces the one below it. Remove any single layer and the capability above it decays — which is why one-off workshops don’t survive turnover.

EB Pathways

Six systems previewed on the day.

Each is a full system — frontline practice, supervisor coaching and internal trainer capability — not a standalone workshop.

PathwayTrauma

Trauma-informed practice, policy and culture.

PathwaySubstance Use

Alcohol and other drug intervention practice.

PathwayCase Management

Care coordination and durable client contact.

PathwayMI Skills

Motivational interviewing across all three layers.

PathwayStaff Performance

Supervision, coaching and performance management.

PathwayLeadership

Evidence-based organizational leadership and sustainability.

Featured pathwayEvidence-Based Pathways for Organizational Leadership The layer that keeps frontline practice alive through turnover, budget cycles and staff change.

Credentials that prove it, at every level

Four pathways, mapped to the roles you already have — previewed in full on the day.

FAQ

Practical questions.

Is it really free?

Yes. EBP Day is a free virtual session, and one registration covers both parts.

Will it be recorded?

A recording is shared with registrants, so sign up even if the time doesn’t suit.

Can I bring my team?

Please do — have each person register individually so everyone gets their own materials.

What kind of session is it?

A working planning session. The systems preview gives context for your plan.

Who is it open to?

Agencies across human, social, health and justice services are welcome.

Can I attend just one part?

Yes. Part 1 previews the systems, Part 2 action-plans them — most people find both worth the time.

Which track should I pick?

Frontline, Family Engagement or Leadership. Send a person to each if you’re bringing a team.

Bring your team

Send one person per track, leave with one plan.

Team attendance is encouraged — the three breakout tracks are designed so a frontline lead, a family-services lead and an executive each come back with the piece that is theirs.
